DDAB Liposomes for DNA/RNA Delivery

DDAB (Dimethyl Dioctadecyl Ammonium Bromide) liposome is a cationic liposome for DNA/RNA delivery. The liposomes have a spherical lipid bilayer structure that encapsulates and protects nucleic acids, such as DNA and RNA, from degradation and improves their delivery to cells. DDAB liposomes are composed of positively charged lipids that can interact with negatively charged nucleic acids to facilitate their encapsulation within liposomes. Studies have shown that DDAB liposomes can effectively deliver DNA/RNA to a variety of cell types, including difficult-to-transfect cells. They are also used in various applications such as gene therapy, drug delivery and vaccine development.

CD Bioparticles manufactures and supplies DDAB liposomes for DNA/RNA delivery research. Contact us to find out how DDAB liposomes can help your work.
