Lubrication Coatings

Overview of Lubrication Coatings:

Lubricating coatings are divided into two categories: wet film lubrication and dry film lubrication. Wet film lubrication is the reduction of the friction coefficient of the surface in the presence of water infiltration to achieve a smooth 'loach feeling' (Figure 1). Dry film lubrication is to form a uniform lubricating film on the friction surface by physical deposition, chemical reaction or evaporative deposition, so as to achieve friction reduction, wear resistance, as well as waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion and cleaning.
