Common Use | Diazo Biotin-PEG3-azide is biotinylation reagent containing an extended PEG spacer and a terminal primary amine group. The azide group can conjugate with alkyne such as propargyl, DBCO and BCN tagged biomolecules through click chemistry to form a stable triazole linkage. The extended PEG spacer increases the aqueous solubility of the biotinylated conjugates and helps minimize steric hindrance derived from binding to strepavidin, avidin and other proteins. |
