Clipos™ Vincristine (NSC-67574) Encapsulated Liposomes
Specifications
Description
|
Vincristine (NSC-67574) sulfate is an antitumor vinca alkaloid which inhibits microtubule polymerization. and binds tubulin. Vincristine (NSC-67574) sulfate binds tubulin (IC50 32 μM) and causes cell cycle arrest (metaphase) and induces apoptosis. This product is a pre-formulated liposomal version of Vincristine (NSC-67574) sulfate which is supplied ready to use in vitro or in vivo. The liposomes are PEGylated for optimal in vivo performance; the lipid composition of the liposomes is the same as Doxil. For preclinical research use only. |
