Description | Long-circulating, PEGylated drug composite liposomes containing daunorubicin HCl and vincristine sulfate at a 10/1 (mol/mol) ratio. The liposomes are loaded by an ammonium sulfate gradient method, sterilized by submicron filtration, and dispensed aseptically into sterile glass vials. The liposomes are useful for the study of ratiometric dosing with chemotherapeutic agents in preclinical models of cancer, suitable for use in vitro or in vivo. |
