Common Use Poly(L-lysine)-graft-biotinylated PEG or PLL-g-PEG-Biotin is a biotinylated poly-L-lysine PEG conjugate that was made from by the covalent attachment of PEG 3400 and biotin to the Poly-L-lysine molecules. Biotinylated PLL-g-PEG is a positively charged PLL-g-PEG copolymer that can bind to streptavidin or avidin with high affinity. PLL-g-PEG is positively charged and it can be used for gene transfection or surface modification.
