Thermoreversible Hydrogel
Specifications
Description
|
A thermoreversible hydrogel that gels at 37°C and transitions back to a liquid at 4°C. The hydrogel is also biologically inert, allowing for easy spheroid formation in the hydrogel phase, and easy cell retrieval during the cold-melt phase. Thermoreversible Hydrogel is a copolymer of poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) and poly(ethylene glycol) (PNIPAAm-PEG). Fluid Temperature, 0-15°C; Gel Temperature > 25°C. This product is for R&D use only and is not intended for human or other uses. |
