Description | Dextranase allows degradation of Dextran Hydrogels. It contains dextranase from Chaetomium gracile, which cleaves glycosidic alpha-1,6 bonds of dextran. It works at temperatures from 20-65°C at a pH of 3.5-8 with an optimum at 57°C and a pH of 5.5-7. Allows degradation of >1 mL 3D Cell Culture Hydrogel, when cross-linked at a concentration of 4 mmol/L thiol groups, at physiological pH and a temperature of 37°C. Intended for research use only. Not for use in human therapeutic or diagnostic applications. |
