Succinyl Liposomes

Succinyl Liposome is a carboxyl-containing liposome that can be activated by EDC (1-ethyl-3-[3-dimethylaminopropyl]carbodiimide) and combined with sulfo-NHS (N-hydroxysulfosuccinate imides) to generate more stable and soluble species-reactive intermediates. This intermediate can be covalently attached to an amine group on a protein, peptide or antibody by substituting an amine for the sulfo-NHS group. To this end, CD Bioparticles developed Succinyl Liposome for binding to peptides, antibodies and other NHS-containing biomolecules.

CD Bioparticles manufactures and supplies succinyl liposomes for the research of drug delivery. Contact us to find out how the succinyl liposomes can help your work.
