Dendrons are hyperbranched compounds emanating from a chemically addressable core. It also has a precise number of reactive peripheral modifying groups. Therefore, these dendritic materials are unique multifunctional connectors and signal amplifiers for biological applications. Our dendrons are developed based on DMPA and are available as biodegradable and biocompatible drug delivery vehicles. All products were confirmed to be monodisperse by mass spectrometry analysis and can be further modified or coupled with reactive groups in different generations.
CD Bioparticles offers dendrons polymers of different molecular weights for use in drug discovery research. In addition, we also offer dendrons polymers modified with acetylene, ammonium, azide, carboxyi, fluorescent rhodamine, hydroxyl, nhboc and protected amine groups.
